Member entered into a contract with an advertising agency to produce a
series of advertisements for member's business. Member made a large
up-front payment to the agency who failed to produce any ads in a timely
manner. Member tried to collect the payments made to the company but was
unsuccessful. Provider firm reviewed the contract and wrote a demand letter
to the agency. As a result of the letter, the agency refunded all of member's
money, with interest.
Member was served with an Unlawful Detainer Action. Provider firm reviewed
the documents and then called the opposing party under member's benefits to
discuss various defects in the pleadings. As a result of the call, the
opposing party dismissed the action and allowed member to pay the rent and
avoid eviction.
